Building Information:
The Furt-Tex Building was built in 1909 by the Long, Lamoreaux and Long architecture firm in the Renaissance Revival style. It is a contributing building to the Historic Warehouse District in Minneapolis, Minnesota which was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1989.

The building is currently owned by Colwel Partners, LLC and is known today as the Colwell Building.

Great looking building! Why is it lumber storage though? Was it used for that originally? I changed it using RICO (cause doesn't look like lumber storage for me :steamhappy:), but I'm still curious.
