My own personal hud that I spent far too much time making, and here it is. I've got no clue what to write for a hud mod so yeah:

+Replaces squadmate icons, healthbars, ammo counters, and backgrounds with new textures.

+Re-positions the player marine's portrait and health to the top right corner. Also re-positioned the -LOW AMMO- warning over the character's portrait

+Replaces the ammo, grenade, and clip icons with new ones. They're also resized and re-positioned.

+Fast-reload bar size increased, for quick and easy viewing

+Minimap size has also increased, allowing the player to actually see anything on it and is easier to look at

+Health Counter cvar compatible! With custom positioning

+New use icons

-Flynns downloaded separately.

Comes packed with 6 different hud layouts:
+The regular (default, 16:9 resolution compatibility, 4 players)
+Eight players (16:9 resolution compatibility, 8 players)
+4by3 hud (4:3 resolution compatibility, 4 players)
+16by10 hud (16:10 resolution compatibility, 4 players)
+No fast reload (removes the fast reload bar (useful for if you have another reload bar under your marine or a challenge disables fast reload); 16:9 resolution compatibility, 4 players)
+Old ASC_HUD (16:9 resolution compatibility, 4 players, only useful if you delete the materials folder)

Feel free to edit this hud as you see fit. I'm done messing around with hudlayout.res files for a long while, heh... Maybe... Okay, probably.

P.S. This was tested on every resolution and aspect ratio that was available to me (1600x900 on down, with 4:3, 16:9, and 16:10 being tested.) With the exception of two resolutions, this hud will work on every one of those, assuming you have the correct version. Using the 16:9 resolution (default) on a 4:3 monitor will work, for example, but a few hud elements will be missing! Be sure to swap to the correct one.
NOTE: I only plan on having the default and eight player versions be kept up-to-date, but may edit the others if any huge problems or changes arise.

CREDITS:
Black Cat Games: Several vgui textures for marine portraits from the mod, Alien Swarm, for Unreal Tournament 2004. Some Alien Swarm:Infested assets that were unused in the game's files are also in use, too.

Hi,

Could you maybe help me out figuring how to rescale the radar/ minimap? as its way too small for my taste and you are the only one that seems to have resized it with an addon. Id be really grateful for any help!

@The Shark, the Squadmate weapons and items have been disabled. Though they can easily be re-enabled via the hudlayout.res file. Setting the 999999 values for the extra item's y attributes to something more realistic, like 10, should work well.

To switch to another version follow the instructions in this thread: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2092441974/2254559285376517614/ Sadly, I couldn't make them all separate toggleables within the game without uploading six of nearly the same addons onto the workshop which doesn't sound like a good idea at all.
