After testing i found out that the game runs a lot better on a single CPU thread/core instead of all of them at once.

Step 1: Open Task Manager. There are multiple ways to do this:

• Press ctrl+shift+esc (recommended)
  
• Press the Windows key and type "Task Manager" then hit enter
  
• Right click the Taskbar then click Task Manager
  
• Press ctrl+alt+delete and click Task Manager.

Step 2: Right click on "RGSS Player"

Step 3: Click "Go to details"
(If you don't see this option, click "More details" at the bottom of the Task Manager.)

Step 4: Right click "Game.exe" (It should be highlighted.)

Step 5: Click "Set affinity"

Step 6: Disable "<All Processors>" by clicking the checkmarked box next to it

Step 7: Enable one (or two) of the CPUs. (I use CPU 0 but it shouldn't really matter wich one you use)
Step 8: Click "Ok"

Note: These settings get reset every time Changed is closed, meaning you have to redo the steps when you start Changed again.

If you want to revert the changes, either restart Changed or redo the steps and enable all Processors again.

That's it! You can go back to Changed and see if it runs better.
If not, maybe try to close other programs that are using up processing power.
