Actually, I didn't plan to make an achievement guide because I was lazy. I planned to post this in the discussion thread and be done with it, but somehow it didn't post (perhaps it was just my internet, but I'm too lazy to check and repost it) so I decided to move it to the guide section instead.

There will be no picture for this guide since I'll only link other guides that help me to obtain the achievements. I might consider to put some pictures if I have time in the future though.

Lastly, please note that I don't make any guides I linked. All credits go to the ones who made it. I only compiled them to make it easier to find.

It is recommended to play the game at least 3 times. I aimed for Jet ratings in my first run, played until chapter 3 to unlock Pots (a playable character) in my second run, and aimed for Detached achievement in my last run in a new save file.

If you find it hard to unlock Jet ratings in one of the stages (especially the ones in chapter 2), feel free to skip it and get the Jet ratings in the second run since the save will be carried over and you might have unlocked new character(s) to help you. The high score that will be posted in the leaderboard is your highest score so don't worry about you replacing it in your second run with a lower score.

As for chapter 2, you can only use 2 characters in your first run but you can use more characters in your second run (new game+) so it might help to Jet the levels in chapter 2 in your second run if you have trouble with it.

You also can aim for other achievements except Look Behind (you'll get this if you complete the tutorial anyway), Training Wheels, and Detached.

I recommend you to finish Cop Sucks in your second run although it is possible to do it in your first run.

Don't try to collect all Graffiti Souls if you're not playing in Jet Technique level (you'll be able to play it anytime you want after you finish the game once) since it'll be a waste of time if you can't finish the level. You still can pick them up if it won't hinder you from finishing the level though.

Lastly, here's the playlist and score lists for Jet ratings in all levels.

Infinity Grinds
This can be used for Jet Technique levels, That's how we Grind achievement, or any levels that you need extra points in.

Fight or Flight
This works better if you can't seem to get those green tags in the playlist above.

Jet Crush (Kogane)
This video can help you to copy some of the shortcuts. Personally, I use the one in the sewers and the one where he wall rides to climb up in the industrial area.

Jet Graffiti (Grind Square)
This technique is useful if you need extra points to Jet the stage. It also helps if you want to Jet Rock'n Roll Grind.

Final Groove
You can watch this in case you're having trouble to beat it like me.

I know that there are other video guides like Saestrol's, but I find it to be hard to follow because I'm not that skilled. It's fun to watch though so feel free to check it out if you're interested. Perhaps you can learn new techniques from the video too.

To be honest, Combo's guide isn't that helpful since there isn't any shortcut. I also didn't watch any videos to finish Slate since I already remembered the map at that point.

Some achievements are self-explanatory but here are the ones that need an extra info.
You'll get Look Behind by completing the Tutorial so I didn't cover it here.

Cop Sucks
Draw graffiti 5 times on Onishima's back


Charge Onishima (the cop in chapter one) by dashing into him and the option to tag him will show up after he falls down. The tag mark will disappear if you escape from him (there will be a cutscene of him failing to catch you) and you can re-tag him again after that. You can also do it in 5 different levels if you want.

I Need a Parachute
Fall more than 20 meters off a building


This should be easy but if you somehow have trouble with it, just jump from a roof in any levels in Kogane. It also works in other levels but I think Kogane has most places where you can fall down from a high altitude.

Remixes Suck!
Complete a level without collecting a Recovery Spray Can


It's easier to get this in Monster of Kogane or No. 540 level.

Scrapyard Bully
Shove the two civilians in No. 540 level before the choppers show up

Tag you're it!
Tag at least one rival gang member within 30 seconds

That's how we Grind
Perform a 100+ trick combo


You can choose any infinity grinds in this video that suits you. Personally, I used the ones in Kogane's sewer area because I can't seem to do the infinity grind in Shibuya's bus terminal. I also recommend the ones in Benten's business district (start the video from 7:00 instead of 6:45) if you want another alternative. You'll also need to learn it to unlock Pots anyway so it's hitting two birds with one stone. The route is a bit different than the ones in the video but you can see the full run here.

The gang's all here
Unlock all characters


Unlock all characters. Basically, you need to Jet everything to get most characters, but you need to do something special to unlock Pots. Read this guide for more info.

Number One Artist
Use all graffiti in missions


Select an unlighted graffiti in the graffiti page, do a graffiti on the wall, return to the garage, repeat until everything is lighted up. DO NOT cancel the animation of the last action when you're doing the medium and large tags. It won't count for the achievement.

You also need to obtain all Graffiti Souls and maybe unlock all characters to get this achievement. The graffitis that you get after Golden Rhinos (the one marked as "B" in the graffiti page) is not needed for this achievement.

Back to the Future
Unlock all songs in the bonus menu


You'll get this after you unlock everything.

Look Behind
Perform a Turn Trick in game


Training Wheels
Complete the tuorial


It's best to clear this after you're quite far in the game (chapter 2 or 3, or if you already get used with the controls). You need to learn to infinite grind to finish it and it takes a lot of time to learn.

Don't hesitate to try the first few tutorial lessons though; it will cover wall ride technique, a useful technique that isn't covered in the story.

Anyway, here's the tutorial video. Actually, there are a lot of tutorial videos both on youtube and steam so you can check them out if you need more help with it.

Detached
Finish the game without anyone latching onto you


To be honest, I didn't use any guide for this because I already remembered most of the graffiti locations, but I did read the first few sections in this guide and the comments section as to what is accepted and not for the achievement.

There is also a youtube video for this, but there isn't any timestamps for each location so it might be hard to track the stage you're looking for.
