1. Download the save from this link https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WHlfTOQ7F8mgaxla25OYa2-bhnGQ3TGC
2. Place it in Final Fantasy x-2 folder Documents > Square Enix > Final Fantasy X&X-2 HD Remaster > Final Fantasy X-2
3. Load it up go to the last floor of the Infinito challenge the boss and viola.

Notes

I don't know if the save can be used to get other achievements such as the Sweet Perfection for 100% story completion, but congrats on your completed bestiary.

Edit: It won't get you Sweet Perfection until chapter 2 of new game+ once you choose to side with New Yevon

your link doesn't work it only has HTTP:/Drive as clickable you need to remove [dot] and actually put the . in it's place
