Mint works (solo setup)

A small but elegant worker placement where you place mints to either get more mints, plans or the option to build plans into buildings. Buildings give you points (and often some other benefits). The round ends when someone has more than seven stars from their buildings.
EDIT: now added player mats for 3rd and 4th players, a bit of cleaning, as well as some basic scripting (still a WIP!).

Note: this is a mod of Finalfrag's "Final mint works" version, containing a setup for solo play, the tantrum house promo card(s) and a few quality of life improvements (manual in pdf form, larger mint tokens, a bag, some placeholder mats, snapping points and a few other things).
