For anyone else looking for an updated and DLC compatible version of this:

FYI: The Piped Output - Updated mod will add a pipe output to the Electrolyzer and much, much more. And the same building can be used both with and without pipe connections.

FYI, this mod causes the Elecrolyzer to delete a lot of heat. Oxygen is supposed to come out at a minimum of 70'c or hotter if the water is hotter.
Right now the oyxgen comes out at the same temperature as the building, which means you can dump real hot water into it and delete the heat.
