YES exactly like that! question though, when you lower the rail height, does the game even out the rails or does it jut down immedietly? if it doesn't just down immedietly this would be literally perfect for aesthetic street running! (i doubtfunctional would ever be possible). also if you do make that a mod you may need to reduce the aligning distance to 0 (cant remember if thats a road or track config setting)
