Make sure to have commands open. Enable it here

By going to settings as you can see at bottom. (click the gear icon)


Now click advanced settings



Enable developer console clicking the box.

Now press ~ on your keyboard



enter these commands
fov_desired 90
viewmodel_fov 70
tf_use_min_viewmodels 1
cl_interp 0.0325
cl_interp_ratio 1
rate 97000
cl_updaterate 66
cl_cmdrate 66

MAKE SURE TO DO IT ONE AT A TIME also you cannot be in a game match.

it would just increase your ping without making a notable difference, since the game sends more info in a 'limited amount of time'

since the game by default sends a limited amount of information and receives a limited amount of info, increasing it to max the game will respond better with less lag, more consistently which help with rocket jumping, and back stabbing
