So basically, all you have to do is press A or D and that will cycle through your available cards and then pay respects by then pressing your F key.
Additionally, you can also use the arrow keys to cycle through your available cards if you desire, however this can be shown as a not so epic gamer moment as most epic gamers quite clearly only use wasd as opposed to the arrow keys.
