After passing passenger barrier - go back.

Chapter 6

After you take leg from morgue, go back to light switch near compas and pull it again (light will switch off)

I actually got the achievement without looking this up by accident lmao. Was I really that lucky or were the encounters not that well hidden as the devs thought?

Tip: you don't have to save or continue after each encounter; you can use chapter select to skip to the next one.
