No Vehicle Self Damage

It always annoyed me when using things like Seat Weaponizer II, how easy it was to shoot and damage your own vehicle (and consequently, yourself/your passengers).
This script is my attempt at fixing that.
You and your passengers are now able to shoot the vehicle you're riding in without damaging it. (Note: Some edge cases may still cause damage)
Currently, it's only been tested with default vehicles and Simfphys, but if the demand is high enough I'll try to get it working with other popular vehicle addons.

What this script is:
Something that simply checks if what you just damaged was the vehicle you're currently riding in and prevents you from damaging it (and your passengers) while inside

What this script ISN'T:
Something that magically allows you to shoot out of any vehicle (i.e. the Half-Life 2 buggy or cars with bad collision meshes)
