Your mic in Last Oasis!
Is your microphone not working ingame, but your friends can hear you just fine in discord?
Well, look no further. This is maybe the solution for you.
First of all check if your mic is just really quiet or not picking up sound at all:

Check that you are unmuted

Go to : Settings > Game > Streaming
Check if Mute Voicechat" is not selected"



Go to: Settings > Mic
Drag the "Mic Input" slider to the right.
After that just click the 'test mic' button and see if it works when you speak into your mic.
You do not need to press any buttons for it to work.


Go to your sound / speaker icon in the right bottom corner of your screen.
Right mouse click > Open sound Settings > Apps volume and device preferences
Find Last oasis named Mist and select your output and input (your mic) here.


After that:

Go to your sound / speaker icon in the right bottom corner of your screen.
Right mouse click > Open sound Settings > Sound control panel

Here click on the "Recording" tab and DISABLE all the recording devices you won't use.
Right mouse click on your mic you want to use and > Set default comm. device & Set default Device.




After that restart steam and Last oasis and it should all work fine. Test it out with the 'Test Mic' function under the 'mic' tab in the settings!
