I hit the same problem as Sayonara said. The all marriage achievement did not pop up when I marry the last character. It popped up when I went into and then left the "gallery" -> "memory" -> "marriage" menu.

can i ask,do i need the DLC ships to achieve 100%? or just the regular main and support ships?

Just a note if anyone else has the same problem as me: I got the last marriage and didn't pop the achievement, until I went into the "gallery" -> "memory" -> "marriage" and then when I exited out of that menu the achievement finally came up.

To the comment question about if there's a way to check what ships you haven't completed -- not directly, but you can look at the relationship status -- if it's "stranger" (or "friend" and level > 100) then you have to do both still; if it's "friend" (lvl < 100) or "crush" (lvl > 100) then you have done one of the two but not the other. There's no way to check which one is done, or how many battles you have left before you get to ten - but it's not hard to just put them in as secretary and support ship and then run extreme battle #2 10 times to guarantee you'll get it.
