描述

This mod adds a new project to the World Congress focusing on Tourism. It represents Civilizations coming together to share their culture, each vying for cultural dominance.

The Rewards:

Bronze: 25% reduced culture cost for tiles (Gold cost unchanged)

Silver: 4 Slots for Great works of art in the capital. Free great artist.

Gold: 20 Tourism in the capital

It can be voted on when any civilization discovers Printing Press. (So from the start basically.) The production cost is the same as the World Fair.

Feedback Welcome. The AI do build it, just in the pic Rome didn't contribute much because I used IGE to cheat. (For testing; I don't need to cheat to beat brain-dead AI.)

20 Tourism is better than 4 slots for Great Works of Art, but it's far less interesting. I'd probably give the runner-ups a one-time Tourism boost with all participating civs and give the winner a unique building with bonuses including 4 slots for Great Works of Art.
