Can I do something like activating the charged Gravity gun? I don’t remember command, but it made the Gravity gun be charged, I hope that I can enter something like it and make the gloves charged.

SimpleMinded™, It's likely if you used the cheat "give (item)" you could spawn the gnome but, that would also disable the achievements right. What you need is a game save file from someone else that is at the 'tractor beam' part. You can ask around and probably get one.

I am currently right at that point with my gnome but, I wont give you my save file. Because: 1. I actually did injure the tendons of my right wrist from holding that stupid gnome in my left hand all game. Why should I just hand off that work too you? 2. The achievement has value because not so many people have actually done it, and that is evident from the percent completed, so why would I want to cheapen my accomplishment by handing out my effort like candy to the lazy/unmotivated? 3. It's an achievement because it is something you work to achieve. Earn it, Loser.

Well I didn't know at the time and i'm a patron at flingtrainer.com , I get new trainers when they come out Plus all I have to do is go to my numeral keypad and press 1 2 3 4 no screwing around no line of text to enter

noclip is available in the dev menu in game, its called dev-teleport

Also, sv_cheats 1 will likely disable achievements like in previous Half Life games. So make sure to disable it with sv_cheats 0 and reload the game before achievement hunting.
