Prepare for automation

Create 2 autominers, furance, converyor belt, switch button and storage box;
Place them like this:
Connect all mechanisms (except storage box) to a switch button;
Now let's do some programming.

Do some programming

Programm step-by-step:

On switch on do: turn on both autominers and conveyor (to start mining process);
On switch off do: instantly turn off both autominers and conveyor; furnace after 6 seconds (to disable mining process);
On unsuccessfull mine attempt on any of autominers do: same action as in 2 (to disable power consumption when the vein was exhausted);
On successfull mine attept on one of miners do: wait for 6 seconds and turn on furnace (wait for two items would be delivered to furnace input);
On ingot produced by furnace do: turn off furnace (where is no reason to keep furnace turned on until miners do not get another one item from vein).

i used this guide without knowing this guide esisted

I am using almost same setup in terms of the objects and their placement. Only difference is that I have a left turn conveyor.

Also for the step 2, I would suggest you add a repeat in between events and turn offs so that it doesnt look as messy. Let it run for 1 repeat, tie all the events to call the repeat instead, and then when repeat executes it calls the turn offs.

You can get the Wait function by rightclicking on an empty spot in the programming screen. You can find all kinds of nice functions there :-)
