3-way Turbo Roundabout

A 3-lane, 3-way turbo roundabout. This uses lane mathematics to encourage traffic to use the correct lane. Outside lanes are offramps, which have 90kmph speed limit and inside lanes are residential roads that have a much lower speed limit, forcing the traffic AI to favor the outside lane when taking the 1st exit. Stop signs have also been added so traffic inside the roundabout has priority over incoming traffic. In theory, all 3 lanes should be used.
