This is one of the custom NPCs I use in my chunk packs, feel free to steal it for yours. Basically a better cannibal but with the downside of having to constantly bribe the cops to overlook your many, many horrific crimes. Somewhat bland as NPCs at the moment (although they do pack a punch in a fight), hopefully at some point after I'm writing this the full functionality of cannibalize will be made available to custom NPCs so that they will eat random bodies and have hijinks ensue.
