This theme is TROPICAL. The textures are of Medium High Quality. Looks awesome!
Although there is no need of the Photographic LUT, it's highly recommended for this theme.
There are several distinct features of this theme:
- The theme looks absolutely realistic with the Photographic LUT
- There are about 60 different INDIAN NAMES (both male & female)
- Every zone type has unique INDIAN ZONE NAMES (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office)
- ROADS & DISTRICTS have INDIAN NAMES

# NOTE: These names will override default names; so you don't have vanilla / default names

I want to give you a heads up. This Theme/Mod affects Road Textures causes them to give an glow effect [ https://pasteboard.co/acOKwjplRTVO.png ] when using Repaint or Network skins to recolor them. I know that this is a 3 year old mod/theme but there are 8 year old mods/themes that do not cause these issues :D so I just wanted to let you know this. This is an issue if you wish to use different color roads using a tool like repaint and network skins but not normal roads (I believe) and affects everything as long its enabled
