The CONCORD NPC police forces are actually invulnerable, by the way. You can't kill them. Other types of CONCORD NPCs like mission variants function normally, but the police that comes when you perform a criminal act in high-sec can't be harmed.

You can in fact get the Marshal (the CONCORD battleship) as a player, although the version that players can use is a "normal" battleship and not super-powered like the NPC version.

It has good stats, but is very skill-intensive, and very expensive (you could buy about 30 normal battleships with the same money):

They will attack anyone who do criminal things in high security space. They are so powerful and concord ships are undine , around 100k shield and 100k armor hp with 80% omni resist. Criminal things.
