Beskrivelse
This mod adds a new project to the world congress focusing on production. It represents nations setting a basic level of universal labor regulations, while trying to make those regulations benefit their nation.

The Rewards:
Bronze - 1 Gold per City

Silver - 1 Production per City

Gold - 1 Gold and Production per City (Stacks with Silver and Bronze)

It costs 350 per player, same as the World Fair. It can be proposed once someone has discovered Industrialization. Feedback welcome.

I was originally going to make the bonuses stronger, but was afraid they would be op. Therefor I erred towards making them weaker. I am hoping to make more World Projects in the future, and then eventually compile them into a single mod for easy download.

Resolutions which have some trade off are interesting, like the Arts Funding versus Sciences Funding. I wonder if you could make a pair (or more) Resolutions which adjust resource gains up AND down. Perhaps "Global Labor Standards" prioritizes Production and Food output to the detriment of Gold and Science/ Then pair it with an opposing Resolution (maybe something like "Multinational Corporations") which has the reverse resource effect.

It seems like labour relations is such an all-encompassing heading, the shifting power relationships between employers and employees and co-ops and the cost of items produced versus the need for people to be employed in order to purchase goods seem to provide enough material for an entire game or at least a few world projects or some new types of government (when the robots do all of the manufacturing there will only be a couple of factory owners that have enough capital to buy anything because nobody will be employed)

You better improve the bonus. Better work with percentages, like a 5 or 10 percent production/gold bonus.

I think you should buff the rewards for completing the project a lot. +2 production and gold per city (assuming you win gold) isn't really that much. Maybe changing it to a percentage like 5% of your current production/gold per turn extra might make this more meaningful.
