@Kangai There is a problem for Reimu. The detached sleeves on her left arm is standing. :steamfacepalm:

I just tried new version and everything works good online! Melee is fixed, death animation is fixed. Don't see any problems. Thanks!

Hi Kangai, I found some information on alliedmods forum today. It is said that because of last stand update models (MDL) have to be compiled again because of animation changes.

Does this make sense to you? With luck compiling model from source with updated L4D2 tools will magic fix the problem.
