Grow Insect Meat for your cave colony.

See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.

well even with normal soil it's still rot away. i have plants at 75% growth rotting away for some reason. It's probably some incompatibility, i'll stop bothering you with it

the light level is dark(0%), i thought maybe some light was entering the room when pawn walked in but i just had a whole batch rot during the night at 53% growth when all my pawns were sleeping. the only other mod i have about farming is tilled soil, maybe the rotting is calculating independantly of the growth and causing it to rot before being ready to harvest? (due to 200% fertility) i'll run some tests

MAKE sure your light level...
They need dark. Im sure you do, but just double check the tiles to be sure. I myself use this for kibble, so always ahve a sfew small plots of this, I have seen no issues farming them aside from light levvel or when they are not harvested. If your issues still persist bc of a mod conflict. You could us e""rimmsqol" (a mod) and adjust the plant maximum life. That would be a workaround.

@Nay Tested with only this mod loaded and they grow as they should. So you might have a mod-conflict there

The plants rots away before even being ready for harvest (yes they are in a darkroom), i dont understand
