Formable Kingdom of the Franks

This mod adds a new formable nation: The Kingdom of Francia, or as it's know in-game as "Franks." (Similar to how the Ottoman Empire is called simply "Ottomans" in-game.)

New Missions and Events:
- 16 new missions to help guide your conquests
- 4 new events to supplement the missions

Franks has unique ideas:

Traditions:
+0.5 yearly army tradition
+1 yearly legitimacy

Ideas:
-0.05 Monthly autonomy change

+2% Missionary strength

+20% income from vassals
+2 diplomatic relations

+10% tax modifier

+15% land morale
+1 leader siege

+15% production efficiency

-15% core-creation cost

Ambition:
+33% manpower modifiers

Franks can be formed by various French, Germanic, and northern Italian cultures. See the images above for the various rules for particular cultures.
