Lighting Decal Fix

Basically whenever you'd view the decals for the Lightning, it would turn parts of the car grey, but this *kinda* fixes that. It turns out that there was originally going to be a decal for the bonnet, boot, and the sides. Despite that, the "side" decals still don't appear where they should, and just land on bonnet and boot. So yeah, that's why I said it only "kinda" fixes it. It's not really a big deal, they look kinda tacky IMO. Also, the two decals in "Decal 1" don't even stick once you exit, so the only working part of this is the "Decal 2" tab
