We are a small DeepWorks Studios UG
We are a small game studio 💻

Unfortunately, the topic of depression is still a taboo topic, and the affected people are having a harder time getting real help and opening up.
We try to change that!

Our Team consists of
Project Leader : Sliem Beji

Writer : Robert Choate
Voice Actor : Matt Nicholson

About Sliem:
I am a young motivated game developer from Herne, Germany.
Have been suffering from depression for 4 years now.
Developing games helps me to handle it and gives me motivation in life to keep going.

Unfortunately, the topic of depression is still a taboo topic, and the affected people are having a harder time getting real help and opening up. I try to change that! I try to break the taboo with my games and take a step in the right direction and encourage others to think about it.

About Robert:
I have been suffering from depression for over 20 years with no end in sight. I have found purpose and meaning in my life by helping others with their own struggles. My personal goal with this project is to help build something that can help others either through vicarity or by giving them a tool for reaching out to their friends and family.

The Present
We are currently working on a patch for "Depression The Game":video_game:
We want to create an accurate representation of the mental illness, depression.

The Future
We want to create singleplayer games in the future

We want to
     - break the rules
     - create something different
     - create quality
     - be different
