Description

An old aging cement plant.
Takes up to 20 workers and produces up to 12t of cement per day.
About a third of the size and cost of the vanilla version.

No heating requirement

Thank you for this! Looks great, considerably less efficient per worker than the vanilla version, this one makes 8.4 RUB per worker per day at starting prices compared to 30.56 for the base one, making it very well balanced.

I will do at some point but I'm working on a couple of buildings right now, ones that fit exactly into those categories though :-)
