Model is created and prepared for in-game use in Blender. Recently SCS Software release new version of their plugin so it's now possible to use newest Blender version 2.8x while creating mods for ETS2.
Textures for this specific model were created in Photoshop, but now I would use Substance Painter for it. But any graphic program you know how to use, might be sufficient.

@Outhis - I was already planning to make tutorial from what I learn while doing this. Whole process is to complicated to be able to describe it here. I still want to make this tutorial but it will be time consuming. I dno't know when I will have enough time to spare for it and therefore I can't promise any reasonable time frame for this to become available.
