this addon changes:

smoker choke
smoker drag
jockey riding you
charger pummeling you
hunter on you
boomer puked on you
in spitter acid
near spitter acid
when theres a ton of zombies attack you
finale: 1 gas can left to find
l4d2 rescue arrived (get to the choppa!)
only one revive left before death
incapacitated theme
safehouse theme (that plays when you leave the safehouse, not when you enter)
