The Kombatant

A Mortal Kombat Themed Kharacter mod. Play as the Kombatant, and use fast paced Kombo's to face down the Spire.

Mortal Kombat and all Characters belong to Netherrealm Studios, This is simply a fan made creation.

The Kombatant is currently in beta, I'm still trying to work through a few things in terms of balance and small bugs like card art upgrading etc.

Kombo Kards

Kombos are a bit more powerful than a regular card of that cost would be. However you can usually only play them Immediately after a "Regular" attack. (meaning no Special or Kombo attacks.)

Meter

You can gain meter easily by playing attacks and blocking attacks. Your Meter goes up to 100% and every 33% is 1 "Bar" of meter. Some cards will spend 1 bar of meter to have "EX" effects. Additionally, the starting relic allows you to retain 1 card per bar of meter you have. so choose wisely.

Special Kards

Special Kards don't trigger kombos. If you have a card that gives you "Special Cancel" it will reduce the cost of the next card played by 1, if it's a Special.

Extenders

Some cards, like Uppercut+ have "Extender". This gives you 1 energy, and lets you draw 1 card. but also lowers your damage output for the rest of the turn. Use it to get a bit more damage than you thought you would be able to.

• Over 70 Unique character cards many with custom sound effects
  
  
• 7 new Character Specific Relics (Unlock them)

A way to Restrict Enemies to only this character. So you don't have to disable the entire mod whenever you don't want to see them.

A way to preview the Upgraded art in the Portrait Card mode.

Maybe Translations if it's desired.
