Not bad by any means-- the facial animations are quite nice especially-- though the filesize does indeed seem bloated due to extra unneccessary textures included as others have pointed out.

Biggest issue with it however is it has entire holes in it which are very visible. The gaps in the hair where the ears are placed looks pretty bad and her head also has holes in it so from some angles you can see right through her (especially when looking at her from above.) I figure the hair mesh should be altered to cover better around the ears to prevent this if possible. If the seams could be closed up it'd definitely be well worth using.
