Subject to proper attribution and good faith, please feel free to modify, re-produce or, re-distribute my mod. Most content of this mod are taken from the game. They are edited with minimal departure from the original game style and settings. This is a remake version of Chikowitz's mod.

What is this about?
  • Add/New
    • Inspecting food items in inventory displays food stats.
      • Press Alt+inspect displays spoilage time.
    • If a food item is expiring within a day, you will see the message - "spoil very soon".
    • If a food item has temperature (e.g. ice), you will see its temperature value.

  • Compatibility
    • Compatible with vanilla, RoG, SW and HAM.

  • DST Version

  • Minimal mode
    • Minimal mode will work only if you'll replace the fonts (also minimal mode will not work with language packs):
      • Close the game
      • Open mod folder (all mods are in \Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\mods\);
      • Copy two zip archives from folder new_fonts to folder \Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\data\fonts and replace existing file.
      • Run the game > mods menu > Display Food Values > configure > enable minimal mode.
    • You have to repeat the same steps every time when the game updates.

你好，鼠标左键和右键都是查看更多信息，又跟抓取物品的键位重叠（都是鼠标左键），导致无法抓取物品，可以把查看更多信息的键位改一下吗 ，或者让我们自己选择键位。不知道是不是就我一人有这种情况

Minimalistic Mode will work with language packs if the translation author modify and/or include the font with the mod. I've been doing this since 2015 with my translation to keep compatibility with DFV. Just a heads up for translators.
