The Horde Mode

描述
This mod simulates a normal slow-peaced zombies apocalypse. There are no incapacitation so once you are down you are dead. Guns are modified too to fit the gameplay. There are currently some bugs. This mod does not support bots, soo if another player joins an already existing game, they will take one more place of the game, they don't spawn immedietly so you have open any rescue closet to rescue them.

»disables special infected(exceptions are tanks in finale)
»adds more zombies which spawn in hordes
»zombies are more durable, but alot slower
»changed weapons attributes
»disabled friendly fire for all difficulties
»modified zombie's AI
»healing items have improved stats
»time and distance from rescue closet are lowered
»far-items glowing outlines are disabled
»zombies are more resistant to bodyshots
»boomerbile is modified to affect survivors too

Is this a mutation or does this just apply to single player and local servers when enabled ?

The reason very few zombies spawn when there is a tank is because of the way L4D2 is scripted. by default zombies don't spawn while you are fighting a tank, but if you run away from a tank while the rest of your team-mates are fighting it, hordes will start spawning ahead of you to slow you down.

I can't thank you enough for the long and boring hours you managed to make fun with this. I love it some much, wish it was some kind of mutation mode (WITH ALL THE BALANCE THO) as it is really fun, but I could never play it with others. Thanks again

Hello, i have some questions, first why on the rescue scenes where the tank appears there are so low ammount of zombies? and even sometimes the tank just dies instantly for no reason so it's really boring because of the lack of zombies, and second i tried to play on the sacrifice but the same happends, very low ammount of zombies and bugged tanks, (for example the one in the train).
