Beskrivning
Continuation of Banners 2.0.
Added shield and great power overlay (granted it's not very noticeable), and fixed some alignment issues.
Currently have no idea how to get the game to actually recognise the golden topbar as existing.

Will continue updating the bare bones of this mod, as I can't live without it.

10/05/20: Updated for 1.30.1

this has been compatible with versions up until now, sadly with 1.36 it now breaks the "autonomous missionaries" function for some reason or another. ah well, RIP banners

I've adjusted the alignments for the HRE, papacy, and DotF. I've also added a general shield and great power overlay (however the great power glow may only be vaguely noticeable, it is still there. I also can't be assed at the moment trying to figure out how to do it for the country view, sorry).
