"Found this hidden infinite hallway in the Karamari Hospital. Don't see any reference to it anywhere. It is right next to the exit and seems to only be available right before it ends.
Pretty cool, although I couldn't find anything in it. Don't try running through it for an hour like I did! Seems like it does not just loop around, it keeps making more hallways."
