yet another sound mod that replaces the firing and handling/reload/bolt sounds of the hidden CSS scout rifle

note: if the incendiary sound doesnt work, it means the weapon skin youre using has an outdated script file in it. i recommend deleting the script or changing ""shoot_incendiary"" in the script file to the correct file path.
