Library Upgrade

描述
This is an upgrade to the default library, adding +10 science and +5 culture.

Also made it so that the AI dont build it in their own cities...


UPDATE: Made it so that when this building is built in each city, the "Great Library" building is displayed on the city tile.

This mod was working; now it is not and does not appear in the list of mods. Any ideas?

Static, that lady replies to several mods with the exact same issue, i don't think your mod is the issue..

@Lady Mordred Thats weird because i usually only start my civ games in the ancient era, ive completed 3 or 4 games with all of the mods ive put together and i havent seens anything like that. let me do more testing and see what happens...

Really nice upgrade. I enjoyed it a lot to use it. Only one problem ... When you start from acient eara and around round 165 it stops the game. The furthest I came was round 171 with this upgrade. When I take them out, the game plays normal again.
