Choose level 4 (Derelict), and you're mainly going to rotate 180 for transferring between tracks. There are two spots that you need to "hop" over without jumping. I accomplished this by using momentum to transfer. It's impossible to transfer without jumping while being upright (that I know of). So angle your bike as far as you can and "snap" it the other way to lift your wheel and hop over. Mainly trial and error until you get it. Shouldn't take more than 5-30 minutes.
