Prevent pointless scrollbars from showing for no reason.

This mod hides scrollbars on the plan buildings screen that don't need to exist.

This mod crashes when trying to change materials on a building, or at least that's what my game says. No offense, but I'm not signing up for github just to report it.

Can somebody please tell me how to embed a file into a comment so I can send a crash log as a .txt file? Is it possible?

Great mod, there is an issue that makes the game crash on startup at the moment, I have reported it on github

@qqqbbb: Technically? Yes. I'm not going to because that's the game's default scrolling behavior and altering it would be a massive change that could easily cause tons of edge cases and bugs that I don't want to deal with.
