Frozen Brewing Hat (w/ Custom Potion!)

Adds a flair for the Brewing Hat that throws custom potions!

Entry for the sixth modding jam, with the theme of TEMPERATURE.



Potions will deal zero (0) damage, but will freeze most enemies in a block of ice for 5s (2.5s in DW); frozen enemies will take double damage!
Bosses and certain other enemies will be slowed by 80% for 3s (2s in DW) instead of being frozen.
Hitting a frozen/slowed enemy will remove the status effect from them.

NOTE: You can't freeze what you can't damage! Any enemy that can't be hit by a normal potion (e.g. Raccoons) won't be able to be frozen either.
