紧凑单点城市立交SPUI

描述
适用于城市主路/快速路的单点城市立交，比普通平交路口和环岛有更大的通行效率，同时也比较节约空间。
需要使用TM:PE Mod移除除了高架下方的路口外其他4个路口的信号灯，并且将那4个路口拥堵可进入路口规则设为允许。高架下的信号灯需要用TM:PE设置自定义红绿灯，允许从主路上下来的方向能同时亮起绿灯。

每次加载都失败，所有子mod都顶了不知道为什么....

If there is any load at all in "non-main" road, it gets clogged. I liked it and used it, but its pretty much dead once there is any traffic on non main road.

First...great work!!! Second...since TM:PE [STABLE] is no longer supported and has many bugs, that you replace the requirement to be TM:PE [LABS], as that version has a lot of bug fixes from the stable version. Just a thought.
