File contains playable realistic leagues:

Budweiser Guam Men's Soccer League Division One
Budweiser Soccer League - Second Division
Budweiser Soccer League - Third Division

Last level is sorted by reputation (not divided by regions) because of lack of informations.

Subscribe and start new game.
Destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data (create if not exist).

I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:
- Do not use real fixtures
- Add players to playable teams
