- Side Note -

Texture size wise it was the best I could do before loosing significant quality.
I tried something new out with the Illumination. I used night textures of office windows and this gives it a more realistic look especially since its a glass building. The issues you see in the glass reflection is standard.. Stacking UV's causes this and there is no workaround for it. It's a game engine issue. Maybe using a Cubmap mod helps reducing the artifacts. Screenshots are taken with a complete stock non-modded game.
