Modern World Nations At War

This is a fairly accurate mod based on the year 2019. Technology is not accurate as I wanted for there to be a reason to control Universities and further changes will likely be made to AI Personality, Technology, and Governments.

The British Alliance is based on the Commonwealth Realms as I felt it would be more enjoyable than to include the entire Commonwealth.

Further changes to Military will be made based on Play Tests and how balanced it is.
