[OFFICIAL] This guide will help you to setup The Santa Challenge to your Twitch channel in order to play with your viewers ! They will be able to vote on your performance before starting any jigsaw puzzle, change the music and activate snow :)

This guide is made to help you linking The Santa Challenge to your Twitch channel in order to play with your community and all the commands your community can use when you are playing.

How to LINK ?

DO NOT DO THOSE INSTRUCTIONS WITH YOUR STREAM LIVE. DO IT OFFLINE.

Process:

On Twitch, login to your streaming account and recover your username and channel name (can be the same if you never edited those).
Recover your Twitch Chat OAuth Token here : https://twitchapps.com/tmi/
In the game, click on "Connect to Twitch" button.

Enter the previous info, WITHOUT CAPITALS, in the right text fields. Oath should be pasted with "oath:a45s3e2...."
Click on "Connect".
A "succeed message" will appear and the menu button change to Twitch Mode: ON.

IF NOT, verify:

Username and channel name are without capitals.
oath code should start with "oath:...."

Available commands

Here is the list of the available commands for your viewers to type in the chat.
They all start with a "!"

!command : Display all commands in chat.
!vote 1 : When a puzzle starts, viewers can vote one time for your expected performance against the puzzle you are about to play. There is always a space between vote and the number (1234).
- !vote 1 : Failure. Viewer expect you to fail.
- !vote 2 : Bronze medal. Less than 1 minute remaining when you complete the puzzle.
- !vote 3 : Silver medal. Between 1 and 2 minute remaining.
- !vote 4 : Gold medal. You complete the level in less than 3 minutes.
!next : Needs 20 votes to play the next music. Reset !previous if activated.
!previous : Same with previous music.
!snow : Needs 20 votes to activate/deactivate snow effect.

Tips :
You can set an chat bot to type "!command" in order to remind the commands to your viewers.
