Rainproof Military Clothes

This is a military clothes mod with rainproof gear added to all items. Mainly I created this mod for use with the new 1.06 update with all of the rain. I found it very difficult to enjoy the game, having to use a rain coat or fireman's outfit. I think that high grade military grade clothes should be waterproof as well. Please see the discussion section for types.xml & trader files.

**Note you will still see the wet symbol from your other clothes or backpack getting wet, however if you look at the pcs of Rainproof clothes you will note they are not wet. As long as you are wearing shirt, pants, boots & gloves you will not get cold or get the shivers.

They coat & pants have enlarged slots as well. This was mainly done so they can be used with inventoryplusplus. If there are enough people that want the default settings for these clothes I may look at adding those as well or possibly doing a separate mod on those.

Future plans, make one of the ghillie suits waterproof, may also add one of the vests and a backpack as well.
