Taxes/VAT... For US, taxes are applied upon checkout. So, the store prices do not include that. For countries that use VAT, that is included in the price on the store page. This makes the difference in prices seem less than they really are and a person in one country should not have to pay taxes/VAT from another country.
I would rather gift a game then "Here is money go buy it yourself"
Im not up to date with suggestion threads, is there any reason why you can't check some checkbox and pay the price the friend would normally pay?
