People's Theater

Old-fashioned/early-Soviet theater building that offers an alternative to the concrete-based
cinema cube. More adapted for older settlements and/or small towns.
Employs 20 people and has a max capacity of 200 (if I understand how that works correctly).

The 3d model used here is the same as Barracks 3 by Comrade Gerbilskij, along with some of its window textures. The rest was sampled on an old building found in central Krasnoyarsk.
