Allow Double Agent and Volunteer Army for Every Mission

描述
This makes it so that Double Agents and Volunteer Army soldiers can spawn on Avenger Defences (UFO and Chosen ones), on the first part of Chosen Stronghold assaults (the added units sadly cannot activate Ascension Gates and cannot come along), on the Broadcast Relay mission and the final base assault.

This changes XComMissionDefs.ini quite a bit so this might make other mods not work.

@4rrakis oh is there? I only know of using fulton harness and the mods MOCX + Extract Corpse combined to have a chance of MOCX soldier recruited after capture.

And with a certain mod it is even possible to get the double agent as a new soldier when you evacuate them.

@silverleaf1 I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly. But if you are asking whether double agent soldiers could be evacuated, I have seen them getting properly evac'ed in videos recently, and even zombies from necromancer mod could be evac'ed.

Am I correct in assuming that it is not possible to include these in the Customs Soldiers Evac Zone Fix mod because they are not permanent soldiers?

Actually the reinforcement call IS from a mod. Another example for a triple agent would be a bio trooper from the bio division mod that turns into an enemy bio faceless when taking damage.

@Striver that's like a normal deflected advent officer calling for reinforcement without any mods. All the units landed are on advent's side.
